Asus P7P55D Deluxe Motherboard Revealed

PC Perspective has now unveiled Asus’ new P55-based motherboard, the P7P55D Deluxe.

With support for Intel’s upcoming LGA1156 Lynnfield processor, the board features four dual-channel DDR3 memory slots, three PCIe x16 slots, two PCIe x1 slots and PCI slot.

Sporting support for SLI and CrossFireX technologies, P7P55D features Asus Xtreme Design which focuses on three key areas: performance, safety and reliability.

Due to the yield issues of Marvell SATA 6G chips, the originally planned support for SATA 6.0Gb/s has been removed.
