New Radeon HD 4730 in The Works

Radeon HD 4770 has been hardly available because of the 40nm yield issue, especially in China. As the stock of HD 4830 reduces, AMD doesn’t have advantage any more at this price point. Therefore, AMD is planning to push something called Radeon HD 4730.
The new product is based on mature 55nm manufacturing process. The detailed specs are unknown yet, but according to Hardwarezone, it will be the shrinked version of HD 4830 (RV770LE) with RV770CE. Besides, the card will adopt GDDR5 memory.
HD 4730 won’t be available in quantity, and the price is yet to be confirmed.
