Holloween: Micheal Jackson tweats from the Dead

Forget candles, an ouija board and a full moon, all you need is a laptops for a "teance"

It's Halloween, and Twitter has gone paranormal. Yes, Twitter users have managed to "speak" to not only the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, they also contacted Kurt Cobain, River Phoenix, Jade Goody and wait for it... William Shakespeare in the world's first seance held on the social networking site. Now known as a "teance", the paranormal party was a publicity stunt by Angels Fancy Dress shop in London ahead of Halloween. The owners asked followers on Twitter to tweet in the people they would like to contact on the other side, and send the questions they would like answered to Jayne Wallace, their resident psychic.
Wallace claims that Michael Jackson was singing Heal the World when she made contact, but "tweeted" that "No-one was responsible. I was warned many times about medication, but the pain was too severe, and I felt I could not survive without it."
In an influx of ghosty encounters, Wallace also "spoke" to River Phoenix who apparently apologised to his family for the way he died, and also paid homage to his brother Joaquin Phoenix, adding that he was was the better actor.
If you thought that was bizarre, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain actually caused Wallace physical pain before admitting that "drugs destroyed my passion for music, music was what kept me alive. When the music died, I died."
Not one to miss out on a party, Jade Goody also "tweeted" apologising to her mother for not listening to her warnings against marrying Jack Tweed, saying it was the "biggest mistake she ever made".
Unfortunately William Shakespeare could not be contacted. We'll never know if he would have written the first 140 character Twitter sonnet, or he may have apologised for dying before writing a West End musical.
